Each participating agency will be required to:

• Register in advance with Philos La Cruz Real Estate before the end of 2026.
• Provide its own informational materials to distribute.
• Prepare its own booth/space. Please confirm whether you already have a booth, with a maximum size of 3 x 3 meters. [If you don’t have one, let us know to help you.]
• Have sufficient staff available to attend the booth.
• If desired, provide promotional items for visitors.
• Optional: Decorate your booth.
• Promote the event through your social media channels.
